FEEL SEEN, FIND CLARITY, MOVE FORWARD. HERE IS WHERE CHANGE BECOMES GROWTH.

Change can feel both exciting and overwhelming. Do you find yourself experiencing anxiety due to shifts in relationships, family conflict, navigating a new career path, or figuring out who you are in this next chapter of life? Therapy can be a powerful space to pause, reflect, and grow.

Therapy is a collaborative journey that begins with feeling seen, heard, and accepted. My goal is to create an inclusive, affirming environment where clients of all backgrounds feel safe to explore what’s holding them back and move towards who they want to become.

I work with young adults, individuals, and couples navigating depression and anxiety due to identity, relationship, and life transitions. My trauma-informed, humanistic approach honors your past while focusing on strength and resilience. I integrate concepts from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT & DBT) and parts work (internal family systems) to ease distress, build awareness of inner conflicts, gain helpful skills, and improve communication.

Together, we’ll create space for healing, clarity, and connection so you can move forward with greater confidence and purpose.

Teens and
Young Adults

I work with teens and young adults who are facing transitions in their lives, struggling with ADHD or are on the Autism Spectrum.

Relationships

I have experience and training working with couples, using Relational Self Awareness to increase healthy attachment. I also work with couples who are considering de-coupling to create clarity about next steps forward.

Individuals

I work with adults who find themselves struggling with life adjustments or transitions. Whether it be a new life stage, ending of relationships, or a career shift we can find a new way forward.

Anxiety
and
Depression

I treat anxiety and depression in most forms and levels of severity. Whether symptoms arise from difficult life circumstances, traumatic events, divorce, grief or sometimes no perceivable cause, I can help you find relief.
